Cooling is crucial to help the product retain its shape and ensure structural integrity. After cooling, the continuous product is pulled by a haul-off system and cut into desired lengths or coiled for further use. To maintain constant quality and prevent flaws like bubbles, surface scratches, or warping, temperature, pressure, and speed must be closely monitored during this process. The extrusion machine is extremely helpful in industries including manufacturing, construction, automotive, packaging, and food processing since it can handle a wide range of materials, including thermoplastics, rubber, aluminum, and food pastes.
